Dallas Cowboys: C+

DE: (poor) Demarcus Lawrence is not big or strong, or that fast, might be too slow and need a lot of work for OLB, a classic tweener.  He might fit one of Cowboys 3-4 packages. A way too early pick.  Ben Gardner tore a pectoral, missed the second half of season, not fast or strong, too slight and way too slow to play OLB, strange choice as most thought he would be available after the draft.

OG: (good) Zack Martin played primarily OT, but the Cowboys drafted him as an OG.  He has a good base, quick, but leans, drops head, stays with the play but often knocks defender into play, must learn to shield better.  He may have the size and coachability to switch.  Brian Clarke from little Bloomsburg did not face the toughest competition, but he was able to dominate until hamstring problems slowed him.  He's more stout and strong than Martin.  Jarrod Pughsley from Akron is about the same size as Martin.  He's quicker, stronger, and more agile inside.  He did play both tackles and OG.  He could be a sleeper.

S: (good) Ahmad Dixon was considered the best SS in the draft by many scouts.  He's not a great skill athlete, stiff hips, lacks agility, but as a former OLB is a very good tackler, big hitter.  He has decent ball skills, but his closing speed is not the best.  Yet, a very good 7th round pick.  UDFA Ryan Smith has good size and tackling ability, could be a slot corner or FS.

OLB: (good) Anthony Hitchens had one big year, but was out of most teams top 20 at the position, lacks height and overall speed, a very oppotunistic player, a lot of room for development.  Will Smith moved up several boards, but was generally seen as a special teamer who has some speed and can tackle, but may not be an every down player.  Another guy who would have been available after the draft.  UDFA Dontavis Sapp is a similar size and style.  He has a bit more versatility having played some inside, a little bigger and stronger.

ILB: (poor) UDFA Keith Smith lacks size and range, but played 49 games, 476 tackles, multiple years 1st team All-Mountain West, not big enough to stuff, also leads with head too often, active, good hitter, tackler, very good cover guy, lacks speed to play OLB.

Other: (DT) Ken Bishop is a squat plugger with a good bull rush, quick off the snap, not much on pursuit.  WR Devin Street is tall and reasonably athletic, but there were better available.  UDFA WR Washington is a very similar size and style, a bit faster if not as nifty.  UDFA WR Chris Boyd is also tall, but with better hands and routes.  He had a fantastic 2013, but was dismissed from Vanderbilt because he lied to police about teammates involved in a rape accusation.  He needs to take this opportunity to turn his life around.  CB Terrance Mitchell is not big or fast, but is quick, agile, and has amazing closing speed to make up for mistakes of which he makes a few.  He is inexperienced and doesn't have best hands, but breaks up a lot of passes.  UDFA CB Dashaun Phillips is a speedster with incredibly good feet and agility.  He needs beef, but he played a highly successful small college program.  UDFA QB Dustin Vaughan is a 6-5 pocket-pistol passer with some mobility who led his team into the playoffs the last two seasons and compiled 1,040 comp, 13,525 yards, 123 TDs.  UDFA FB J.C. Copeland is built like an extra guard, but he can also catch and run a bit if the Cowboys ever needs a fullback. UDFA P Cody Mandell is a tall, good-sized punter who played 52 games, 169 punts, 42.6, about 40% inside the 20. = +3.50

New York Giants: C

RB: (fair) Andre Williams runs high, but is shifty, tough to bring down, big thighs, small lower legs, stride is too long, glides instead of powers, will have trouble in pros, not much in picking up blitzes, fumbler, 28 TDs, 3,739.

TE: (fail) UDFA Gimble is young but has shown flashes around all the injury problems.  He has decent speed for his size.  Needs to be a more complete player.

S: (good) Nat Behre is not big or fast, but is a hard worker, around the ball a lot, and can hit, 51 games, 299 tackles.  UDFA Thomas Gordon is short and stocky, but has great closing speed and good leaping ability, a good athlete who is a decent tackler.  UDFA C.J. Barnett is bigger and also hits, but a little slower, less smooth and reactive, tackles high.

DT: (great)  Bromley is not a classically built or athletic tackle, but is really active, good pass rush, sometimes at expense of gap, stays with play, very quick off snap.  UDFA Manumaleuna will be a mouthful for broadcasters, not all big or fast but quick, agile, holds ground, but can also rush, stays square, stuffs runs, good pursuit,  could really surprise. UDFA Kelcy Quarles grades out lower than his performance suggested, benefitted a great deal from Clowney getting doubled and tripled.

WR: (good) Beckham, Jr. is a solid, total athlete who can do a lot of things, methodical, but also a breakaway threat, can make all the catches, lacks a little height, also can return kicks.

Other: (C) Richberg ability to handle powerful bull-rushers from more prominent programs while also showing the ability to get to the second level. Quick, athletic, plays a little high, moves better than gets good position, lacks reaction, dropped on some boards who thought he might be a better OG.  DE-OLB Kennard is too slow to play OLB, but too small for DE,  does not appear to have the bulk up capabilitites, too much a tweener.  UDFA DE Kerry Wynn has just enough bulk to stay at DE plus good speed, can rush passer, but is not classically athletic, middle heavy, and plays lethargic at times.  CB Bennett Jackson dropped almost off many draft boards, horrible tackler, misses coverages, easily confused, a lot of athletic ability wasted. =+1.5

Philadelphia Eagles: C-

OG: (fair) UDFA Josh Andrews was a four year starter, who is a stocky bull who can move downfield well, suffers a little bit in pass pro, but has the agility to get better, could be a find.  UDFA Karim Barton bounced around draft boards, between G and T as well as up and down which is how he plays.  He is quite slow, but has a good base and some power.  He was a fairly dominant player at his level.

CB: (poor) Jaylen Watkins has decent size, is very fast, but lacks all around athleticism, prefers to stay out of contact, played some SS, slot corner, dives at feet, misses tackles, fast, but too little avail.  UDFA John Fulton is a similar body type, but with less speed and even less overall athleticsim.

S: (fair) Ed Reynolds has good size and decent speed, but has trouble changing directions rapidly, not overly athletic, takes bad angles on tackles, let's receivers get behind him, often seems lost looking into backfield, leads with his head, but does come up quickly.  May have to be a SS.  UDFA Lowe has straight on speed, but not much agility, but he gets to lots of tackles, good tackler, does not close well, but finds the ball.

OT: (poor) UDFA Donald Hawkins is a light footed, agile player who is less physical than finesse.  However, he is excellent at body position and cutting off rushers, not as good making big holes.  UDFA Graf was a three-year starter, tall, rangy, with little natural ability, but a lot of success.  Could stick.

WR: (good) Jordan Matthews is an experienced, proven receiver who has excellent size, speed, and moves.  Excellent hands given who was throwing to him, 51 games, 262 rec, 3,759, 24 TDs.  Josh Huff is an enigma, not tall, but somewhat stocky, not many standout measurables, but a few exciting plays in an exciting offense.  May end up lost in the shuffle.  UDFA Quron Pratt is a similar athlete, but much quicker, was a DB in high school with 22 interceptions, also a fine return man, and an Academic Heisman candidate.

Other: DE Taylor Hart has size and length, hard to block, pursues well, does play too high and is a lot of target for pulling blockers, super determination, trying to come back from a foot problem.  DT Beau Allen is a similar hard working guy who was a highly-touted recruit and spent four years battling injuries, but playing well when he got on the field.  OLB Marcus Smith was a jack of all trades, good size, has the speed, but maybe not the agility to move outside, versatile, played DE, DT, and LB, still adjusting to bigger body, growth, will be a project UDFA RB David Fluellen is not that fast, but is a solidly built, hard runner who needs to improve little things, which hand for ball, doesn't always hit the hole, good choppy steps can cut, smart experienced back, 28 TDs, 3,336 yards.  UDFA K Carey Spear hit 39 out of 50 FGs in his career and has a big leg for kickoffs. =+3.00

ILB: (fail) ????

DE: (poor) Trent Murphy is a tall, but underbulked DE with great instincts and drive, but lacks overall agility to play upright in NFL, not great straight speed, 32.5 career sacks, playing a lot of OLB as well, may not be strong enough for DE or fast enough for OLB, but is too good to not be one or other.

OT: (poor) Morgan Moses is a big, tall guy without much range or power.  He was all over draft boards, fell and moved back some other, plays high, can get jammed, has nastiness when locked up, but is often off balance, reaches, has good feet and good knowledge, but isn't always looking for work, has potential, taken a tad early.

S: (poor) UDFA Ross Madison has decent size and speed, good cover guy, but sometimes cheats up and gets caught.

CB: (fair) Breeland was liked by some scouts but also disliked by many.  He has medium size and lackluster speed, slow reactions, beaten deep fairly easily, seems lost at times, needs technique, could have stayed another year.  UDFA Kevin Fogg is not big, but solid, very strong, has very good speed, looks in backfield too often, but has deceptive speed to fix problems, good zone cover, also an excellent return man.

Other: (OG) Spencer Long battling a knee which cost him half his senior season, a big nasty mauler who some considered the best OG in the big ten until the injury.  If he heals, this pick could be a steal, but that may not be until 2015 and the Skins need help now.  WR Ryan Grant was an odd draft pick, decent size, but not a great blocker, but offers the effort, a little ducky, good hands, but doesn't always catch with them.  He likely would have been available after the draft or 7th round.  Also, the Redskins are deep at WR even signing another in DeSean Jackson.  UDFA WR Cody Hoffman is much more intriguing, a big receiver with a knack for big plays, not the most polished technically, but he gets the job done, 50 games, 260 receptions, 33 TDs.  UDFA WR Kofi Hughes is a well-rounded, solid athlete, a former QB who understands the games, a reliable receiver with great hands, blocks very well, might be a find.  RB Seastrunk is a very good 6th round pick, many scouts had him top five, strong in the legs, veers more than cuts, runs out of control, can pick up the blitz, not a load carrier, but a good athlete, might have benefitted from another.  UDFA RB Redd is a fine athlete and natural runner who is good enough to make the team and contribute.  TE Bolser is a tall, lean guy who should be a better blocker, but does have some speed and decent hands.  Another odd pick which would have been available.  K Hocker had a very good senior season, but would surely have been available after.  =+2.75

OT: (good) Jake Matthews is a tall, but very agile player with great feet, body position, pad level too high and lacks brute strength, but is not weak and has finesse as well as toughness.

RB: (fair) Devonta Freeman is not big and runs small, not spectacular or overly athletic, may end up a 3rd down back, has decent form trying to pick up rushers, but lacks go-to quality.  UDFA Jerome Smith is more of a power and slip guy, but does not possess the speed to be an impact player.  Could develop into a fullback with a bit more bulk.

DE: (fair) Hageman might be a fit at 3-4 DE, better than DT.  He's tall, has the speed and acceleration, difficult to block, sometimes plays to often behind his own LOS, needs better pad level when he engages, uses long arms well, has power for bull rush, but too upright, can get washed, needs more discipline, can be influenced badly, a lot of upside if he can improve technique.  UDFA Walker May has some height and speed off the edge, needs some bulk and strength, can be unblockable at times, disappears other times, comes up big with blocked FGs and sacks.

TE: (fail) UDFA Pederson has all the tools except size, speed and good hands.

ILB: (great) Spruill is too light and plays too upright to play inside.  He has some skills to possibly slide outside if he can learn the coverages.  However, Smallwood is a total steal in the 7th round.  He was considered top 3 by many scouts.  He doesn't have the all out speed, but is big and strong and is all over the field.   He gets to the ball, moves his size extremely well, 37 games, 332 tackles.  UDFA Brenden Daley is a big, mobile hitter who could be productive if his hamstring problems abate.

Other: (S): Southward moved up charts because of his 40 time and good size.  His play does not warrant the pick.  UDFA S Kimario McFadden is a disciplined cover guy, deep and in zone, can tackle, but is not always there.  OLB Shembo is a big guy with some range, but can be manhandled, does not get off blocks, played some down DE.  UDFA OLB Tyler Starr is a small college, one-dimensional pass rusher type.  CB Ricardo Allen is a very active player with a good feel for the defense, but is small without blazing speed, but he played 50 games with 13 interceptions in a tough conference.  UDFA QB Jeff Mathews is a big, reasonably athletic passer who threw for 11,284 yards in the Ivy League.  UDFA FB Roosevelt Nix was a short, very athletic DT who the Falcons intend to try at FB.  He has the physical ablity.  He was, at times, unblockable.  UDFA C James Stone was considered a top center because of his size and quickness, but detailed study revealed  letdowns in big games.  UDFA K Basil is veteran of 52 games, 33 FGs, .786 for one of the top 5 programs in the country, a pressure kicker, does not have the strongest leg. =+2.50

Carolina Panthers: C

OT: (poor) UDFA Foucault, a skyscraper OT from UMontreal is 6-8 320 and was a top pick in CFL, but signed with the Panthers.

WR: (fair) Benjamin is an H-back type who would prefer to be a wideout.  He'd like to be Mike Evans from Texas A&M, but alas.  He could do with some coaching, discipline and another year. UDFA WR Corey Brown is too slight, but very fast and an excellent return man.

CB: (good) Benwikere is a solid guy with decent speed who has all the tools if not all at a high level.  He is a veteran DB with 47 games and 14 interceptions, a very nice 5th round pick.  UDFA CB Byndom is much slighter, but can use all the tools better.  He had a better 2013.

OLB: (poor) UDFA Denicos Allen is too short and a bit light, but was an exemplary weak side LB for several years at Michigan State.  He's a quick read and blows up plays.  He can also rush the passer, but may need to find room for a couple more pounds.

DE: (good) Ealy wasn't liked as much by all scouts, but some thought he was nearly as good as Clowney.  Just about as big, but not as fast, but with better feet.  He's a tad slow off the ball, easily locked up, leaves edge for inside too often away, good low pad level, excellent edge rush, has acceleration to the QB, moves well for a bigger guy, pursues well, can run plays down.  UDFA Bruce Gaston was primarily a DT, but he may be a good fit as a 3-4 DE.  He plays high, can be moved, has some speed and quickness, but sometimes takes himself out of play.

Other: (OG) Trai Turner battled injuries and inconsistency, but may be as talented as any guard in this year's draft, not tall, but big, can be a bulldozer, but has clumsy feet, poor pass blocking technique, hands outside, holds well, good initial contact, could finish better.  UDFA OG Norwell is not fast or strong, has trouble with speed rushers, can be overwhelmed, but has decent pad level for a big guy, also a bulldog who played 50 games.  UDFA OG-C Wheeler is a big versatile player who played all OL spots and even some DL. Not a classically fast athlete, he might be a perfect mix of quick study and toughness for center.  RB Gaffney was a good 6th round pick, a strong, compact athlete who can pound and sprint, good acceleration, picks up blitzers, smells the end zone.  UDFA RB Darrin Reaves is a Jones-Drew type who averaged 1000 yards and 40 catches a season. S Tre Boston has experience, should be a better all around player, can ball hawk, and when he hits he hits hard, 48 games, 13 interceptions. =+3.00

C: (poor) UDFA Matt Armstrong -- shoulder injuries, 2013 GLIAC Offensive Lineman of the Year and four-time All-GLIAC, Rimington winner div II, slight, plays at a lower level, mostly shotgun, pass block,

OT: (fail) Rooks was not even in the top 50 for most scouts.  Slow and a bit light and weak, his nimbleness will not be enough at the next level.

OLB: (great) Powell has size and speed and agility, cuts corner, not a technique guy, played a lot of DE, often frozen in place before reacting, easily blocked at times.  Khairi Fortt is a bigger OLB, former Penn State, very strong, closes well, but takes bad angles, slow reactions, bad decisions, not intuitive. UDFA Spencer Hadley is not big or all that fast and he was suspended for partying, but he has some great instincts and is committed to making football his career.

DE: (poor) UDFA Uko is too small for DT, plays high, gets blocked, tries to go around gap, does not stand out, piles on, second guy in on tackle a lot.

CB: (poor) Jean-Baptiste is big as a LB and should at least be a SS, has the measurables of a smaller, faster guy, has to prove he can produce the results from this amazing package.

Other: WR Cooks is the best all-around athlete-player in the draft.  UDFA WR Brandon Coleman is a big, big receiver withou much more to go with it.  S Sunseri not tall but big, ACL knee injury, late coming up, good cover, but does not adjust to ball, not an impact player.  UDFA S Ty Zimmerman good size, had it all going, shoulder surgery, 48 games, 13 int top tackler, might end up SS, if he heals.  UDFA S Pierre Warren good size, but not much of an athlete, good tackler, good reads, may be a step slow, and not overly athletic, the jump in competition won't help.  UDFA QB Logan Kilgore is best at all the things without passing and he's pretty good at passing as well.  He has also had plenty of adversity at MTSU.  He is the perfect understudy for Brees.  UDFA RB Flanders 54 games (transfer from Kansas State) 5,664, 66 TDs, noticeably slow, but smooth, good initial cut, good choppy stride, sometimes tentative, slippery. =+3.75

Tampa Bay Buccaneers: C

OT: (fair) Pamphile is a former basketball star with a lean but thick body and some natural agility.  Good fit, but lets defenders into him and often stops his own leg movement, locks up well, decent run blocker with good hip shift.  UDFA Pachan is an older guy who has suffered too many injuries, but when not hurt, he is a potential super player with size, strength, and agility.

WR: (great) Mike Evans is a huge playmaker both in size and in impact.  He may need more discipline at the pro level, but after playing with Johnny Football, he knows how to get open and create magic from broken plays.  His speed and agility for his size makes him an imposing presence.  Robert Herron is more of a jitterbug, but even faster and shiftier than Evans, great moves, very good hands, good speed, nice stop and go, will catch over the middle, lacks size, but will try to block.  UDFA Solomon Patton is like Herron, but even smaller and not quite as fast or dynamic.

OLB: (fair) UDFA Chaz Sutton played primarily DE, but is too small for that in NFL.  He is super fast for his his size and very agile with great closing speed and technique, excellent pad level and strength.  UDFA Nate Askew was a WR who transitioned to OLB, big 240 with under 4.50 speed, still learning, but could also be a great TE now.

QB: (fail) UDFA Brett Smith is not big in arm or body and is quite unorthodox, awkward motion, throws falling sideways, not likely to make it.

OG: (good) Kadeem Edwards has good, but not great size and he is a good all-around package with no top end measurables, jump in competition a concern, but he's a 4 year starter, and held his own at the Senior Bowl.  UDFA Burnette is a squat, rather immobile guy who pass blocks well in a small space, but does not have drive, pull, or second level speed.  UDFA Josh Allen was primarily a center, but filled in at OG when needed, good size and strength, could contend if newly acquired Dietrich-Smith does not pan out at center.

Other: (DT) UDFA Euclid Cummings plays more like a DE with the speed and slighter build of a pass rusher, with more bulk he might remain inside.  RB Charles Sims was taken too high.  He fell on most draftboards.  He is not that fast and runs too high, long strides, lacks second cutting ability.  TE Seferian-Jenkins was taken too early, feb. 14 foot injury, lacks much effort when not key part of play, illegal blocks a lot, smart player, will get the easy block, has soft hands, likes to make the star play.  UDFA TE Brate is a tall, rangy, played some WR, grew into TE, a Grink type.  UDFA S Mycal Swaim is as big an LB with the speed and cover skills of a fleet back.  Needs to learn assignment football and to break down and tackle better. =+1.75

Chicago Bears: C

DT: (fair) Ego Ferguson had fallen so far on most boards, he was expected to be available after the draft.  A #2 pick is ridiculous.  He is a decent athlete, plugs a gap, but is lackluster or downright lazy in the rest of his game, despite flashes.  He is also battling a chronic ankle.  Will Sutton is another enigma, considered a star by some scouts and a pretender by others, sticky, slow, good low pad level, decent power, sometimes takes self out of play, whiffs, has powerful feet, but not great agility to step in front of plays. UDFA DT Pegues is perhaps light for the nose, but is elusive with good pad level, and good pass rush skills, might go DE.

S: (fair) Vereen is injury plagued and only shows flashes when healthy.  He do better if he can more disciplined, has the speed and closing ability to be in on more plays, comes off as a step behind.  UDFA Trice is small, but feisty, a leader, needs to make fewer mistakes.

CB: (fair) Fuller is a steady consistent performer who can do a lot of things well, if not great, can also return kicks, plays like an SS, is not a great athlete, but good all-around package, does a lot of things well, none spectacular.

OLB: (fair) UDFA Christian Jones has good size, and speed for size, not smart, played some DE to rush passer, one dimensional guy, needed another season or two.  UDFA Lattimore played mostly ILB, and is built for it, but does have the speed and range to move outside if not the height, can dominate, but also disappears, quick, but plays small, goes around a lot, gets banged around, 49 games, 337 tackles.

QB: (poor) Fales was overrated, is not big, or technically unsound, indecsicive, throws behind receivers, can be pressured, accuracy is erratic.  UDFA Lynch is far more intriguing, but many scouts had him pegged as an athlete looking for a position.

Other: (OG) Charles Leno, Jr. is a not a great speciman, but has enough skills to play either OG or OT, but is not likely to be anyone's upgrade or all-pro.  UDFA OG Groy is very good, but should be better if he maintain focus and intensity, better against bigger aggressive guys, not as good against solid gap fillers.  UDFA OG-T James Dunbar is another versatile guy who is an excellent athlete with speed and agility, but must learn to block in a pro system.  RB Carey is a smaller back who was big enough to carry a load in the Pac Ten, 4,239, 48 TDs, plays smaller, runs high, but can lower shoulder, needs more upfield explosiveness, noticably slower.  UDFA RB Senorice Perry has solid size, runs smooth, light, good shoulders forward, but not much power, can catch the ball.  P O'Donnell was considered by many scouts as the best punter in the draft, in a down year he probably didn't need to be drafted.  UDFA K Ewald is not very big, but he played 48 games, with 53 FGs, .803, also kicks off well. =+2.75

Detroit Lions: C

CB: (poor) Nevin Lawson is not big, but very fast, but stiff hips, plays small, tries to play press, gets beaten, holds, will come up but not much of a tackler, taken a bit early.  He fits the Lions scheme of DBs who are not quite big enough and can't tackle well.  UDFA CB-S Mohammed Seisay is a fine athlete who worked hard to find playing time so is quite versatile, was best as a slot corner.

OLB: (good) Van Noy has excellent size and measurables, 52 games, 26 sacks, relentless, in on a lot of plays, sometimes misses big, but is always in the mix, slender body, could use some muscle.

S: (good) UDFA Gabe Lynn is a big hitter with excellent size and football instincts, sometimes takes bad angles, and plays behind, but can lay some lumber, is usually careful of his head.  UDFA Couplin has the numbers and press to be a small college breakout guy, but the tape suggests he's slow on reads and should be a better cover man, but he was 2013 ASSOCIATED PRESS & WALTER CAMP FCS FIRST TEAM ALL-AMERICAN.

C: (fair) Swanson was considered one of the top centers in a down draft for the spot.  Seems a bit early, but he is a veteran of 50 games, not great base, can be thrown by stronger NTs.

OG: (fail) UDFA A.J. Dalton was a small college bully, but mostly LT without much pass blocking. Good hand technique and leg drive, but high pad level, a long shot at best.

Other: (DE) Larry Webster was being groomed by some teams as a TE or H-back. A very odd choice as a 4th round pick.  Tall, slight, raw, looks like a basketballer.  Caraun Reid is an active DT who may move to DE because he's a little undersized for NT.  He's got the speed, low center, tough to block, pursues, smart enough to learn DE.  UDFA Greg Hickman is a very similar DT who was an inside sack specialist.  WR T.J Jones is not big, but solid, can get deep, good hands, needs to fight off line better, good concentration, catches with hands not body.  K Freese was one of the most accurate FG kickers coming out, 50 games, 70 FGs, .864.  UDFA TE Jacob Maxwell is sneaky fast, very good hands, light feet, good blocker with decent pad level, could use an extra pound of beef for NFL action. UDFA OT Cornelius Lucas is an enormous guy but is trying to come back from a possibly career ending foot injury. =+3.00

Green Bay Packers: A-

S: (great) Clinton-Dix was considered by most scouts to be the best all-around safety in a down draft for the position.  If he can overcome the Alabama jinx of players who only look good in college, hecould have a long career.  He has size and as a former LB, he relishes contact, but is also athletic enough to defend passes.  UDFA Tanner Miller is a very similar player with even better tackling skills, but far less overall athletic ability and lacks deep cover skills.  UDFA Greg Worthy, LB big, and fast, heavy hitter, 342 career tackles.

ILB: (good) Packers apparently want to give Bradford a try on the inside.  It may not be a bad idea as one of his flaws outside was lack of edge discipline, played a lot of DE, freelances a lot, trouble taking coaching, does not react fast, may have trouble moving to OLB, can be a wild man, but also takes plays off.  UDFA Jake Daughty doesn't have the size, but he plays as if he did, 52 games, 305 tackles, scrapes well, stays square, good cover, hustle and pursuit, never takes plays off, focuses, may be too small and a step slow.  UDFA Joe Thomas is too small to play inside, but is an excellent tackler and read guy, but he is not agile enough to move outside.

TE: (good) Richard Rodgers has some size, not much speed or leaping ability, cut blocks too much, but very fluid athlete, sometimes runs by blocks, needs better hands, gets to blocks, but holds instead of making good contact, has potential if he improves fundamentals, so much talent, aggravating.  UDFA TE Perillo is a very similar player without all the natural ability. UDFA Lyerla has a wealth of innate ability to go with his off field problems.  Only time will tell which prevails.

C: (fair) Linsley is not very big, but strong, can be beaten, shades well, can turn opponent, plays high, locks up well, holds badly at times.

OG: (fair) UDFA Fullington has got size, but no speed, a lot strength, decent agility, versatile, played some OT and OG.  UDFA Jordan McCray is not quite as agile as his twin, but just about the same guy, steady if not fantastic.

Other: (DT) Khyri Thornton moves well for size, must wrap up tackles, sometimes too active, does not plug gap, has power, can bull rush.  UDFA DT Pennel is big, but quick, not real agile, but could develop into the two-gap NT the Pack uses.  UDFA QB Rettig has decent size, but is not a smooth athlete, has a strong arm, but throws behind receivers, stares down primaries, and does not throw well on the run or when flushed, good game manager, understands the game.  UDFA RB Ladarius Perkins is small, but fast, has some power, carries ball in wrong hand, catches passes, not much special.  UDFA RB Rajion Neal is not that fast, lacks initial acceleration, drops head, doesn't hit the hole, not strong.  UDFA RB James Sims is a lean guy who was productive, 34 TDs, 3,592 yards, but not a game or a tacklebreaker.  UDFA FB Eddington was more of a big tailback, very fast for a guy his size, ran the wildcat with some success, but not used much as a blocker or receiver.  UDFA WR Abbredaris is not big or speedy, but a master at getting open and great hands, runs well after catch, can return, but has been fragile.  UDFA WR Janis is a big workhorse type receiver, with some impressive measurables which did not always show up on field, but 239 receptions, 4,305 yards, runs well after catch.  UDFA OLB Jayrone Elliott is a good-sized former DE who played some stand-up, very good pass rusher, will have to learn coverages, but could be a solid contributer on blitzing downs.  UDFA DE Hubbard is a big flyer, very big and long, but has been a disappointment trying to move to OLB.=+4.50

Minnesota Vikings: B+

QB: (fair) Bridgewater had enough success at Louisville to give the Vikings hope.  How much will transfer to the pro game is always the question with this level guy, not quite on arm strength, decision-making, and pocket presence.

OLB: (good) Barr has all the athletic needs, but his grasp of defense and assignment may take time. He played in 48 games, 24.5 sacks, speedy, but not always in control, lacks field awareness, played some down DE, could have problems adjusting up, not real physical, specimen, but lacks consistent production, has big games.  Brandon Watts is an undersized very fast pass rushing specialist who battled injuries.  If he can put on some weight, he may be a third and long specialist.

DE: (good) Crichton is built like a very large outside backer, not fast, a bit stiff, has trouble changing speeds, very steady, stays home, not big, did record 23 sacks and was a conistently hard man to block, does not make mistakes.  UDFA Schaudt 33.5 sacks, quick off, great technique, needs size and strength, but can really rush the passer.  UDFA Tyler Scott is not that big and may end up at OLB, but he has speed, agility, and experience.

RB: (good) McKinnon is smallish and played at a smaller college in a unique system, his pass catching abilities and top end speed may have generated the interest, tremendous athlete, quick, but not that shifty, will not break a lot of tackles.  UDFA Dom Williams is a bit more intriguing, about the same size, but much slower and more of a shoulders forward slasher and grinder 4,440, 42 TDs, very shifty, has some power, elusive speed, sanders jump cuts, good hands as well.

ILB: (poor) UDFA Seth Mathis is big, but athletic.  He record 359 total tackles in his career and was 2013 AFCA DIVISION III COACHES’ ALL-AMERICA TEAM and AP LITTLE ALL-AMERICAN FIRST TEAM.  A big fish in a small pond may need to adjust his attitude and start over in NFL.

Other: (OG) Yankey was considered the best guard in the draft for a short time, big, but slow and not strong, power in legs, makes good contact, often drops head, locks up well, but average feet lend to holding, does pull and downfield block well.  UDFA OG Bofeli is not real big or flashy, but a decent puller, gets guys turned, good solid o-lineman could use a few pounds.  UDFA OT Wentworth 2-time All Mountain West LT, sometimes is awesome, but can get beaten badly.  Does not have ideal OT size, so may end up OG.  CB Kendall James is quite small, but super fast and agile, does not play all that fast and will tackle not always with success.  A strange selection.  CB Jabari Price moved up draft boards because of his speed, but he showed little else.  S Antone Exum is big, solid, athletic, must bounce back from ACL.  DT Shamar Stephen is a tall, relatively quick inside player, awkward, has trouble staying square.  UDFA WR Donte Foster is a good blocker, grabs the ball, can get deep, football smart, needs a bit more solid bulk, but has decent height and can really leap.  UDFA WR Lora is a little undersized, but can also go up and get it.  He was joined at the hip with Garoppolo, 47 games, 332 receptions for 4006 yards, 35 TDs.  UDFA OT Tiny Richardson is massive and athletic, but has trouble with pad level and power rushers.  UDFA OT Matt Hall from Canada is even taller, and will have to be even stronger in NFL.  UDFA C Zac Kerin is taller than most centers, three-time all-conference selection, did not fare well in all-star games, faster defenders blow past him.=+5.00

Arizona Cardinals: B-

DE: (good) Kareem Martin is tall, rangy and room for growth, decent speed, long, athletic, solid senior season shows his improvement, will only get better with experience.  Stinson is a DT-sized end with some speed, gets into backfield, but often doesn't appear to know where he's going, his best plays are slants and not reads, not very athletic, needs a lot of work on technique and experience.

S: (good) Bucannon was one of the top 3 in the draft.  He is big and fast and plays like a veteran pro safety already, sometimes too aggressive, wants to be in on every play, all-around player, 49 games, 384 tackles, 15 interceptions.

OLB: (poor) UDFA Jonathan Brown is not big, but has speed and played in 45 games with 317 tackles.  He doesn't have great size, but did a lot for some bad defenses.  UDFA Carson played mostly inside, but has the speed and intelligence shift OLB, another good tackler, but relatively unspectacular, doesn't have great speed or agility, closes well, could be good, hard worker.

QB: (fair) Logan Thomas is a very big QB who is understated and underrated, appears to be still learning the finer points, very athletic for size (6-6), nice touch, feel for the game, speed for size.

WR: (good) John Brown is super fast, but very slight, possesses developed skills, great hands, gets open, finds a way, but will only be a spot player in NFL.  Walt Powell is another small school skill guy, bigger than Brown, but not as fast or nimble, very productive at his level, however, 208 receptions for 2,650 yards, 29 TDs in his career.  UDFA WR Corey Washington is an opposite size, tall and lanky, not a lot of speed, but big hands , good possession guy, decent blocker.

Other: (RB) UDFA Zack Bauman is a small college, small guy who was a workhorse, but lacks receiver and blocking skills,  5,031 career rushing yards. He is one of nine players in FCS history to rush for 1,000 yards four times, also 1,632 all-purpose yards.  UDFA RB Tim Cornett is a bigger, very fast guy, runs high, more nifty than powerful, slower with ball, not great hands, 50 games, 35 TDs, 3,733.  TE Niklas is a big, almost 6-7 receiver, tad awkward, herkyjerky, not smooth, drops his head, reaches on blocks, not much drive for size, poor footwork, good receiver, tough runner with ball, hernia injury. UDFA OG Steen is a technically sound, if a little weak, but had shoulder surgery in December.  He could be a development project.  UDFA OG Kadeem Williams is enormous and dominated his level, but has trouble with pad level and will need to improve fundamentals to make it in NFL. UDFA CB Todd Washington has decent size and speed, very good man to man cover, hits hard, could wrap better, very disciplined player, could stick.  UDFA K Catanzaro is a bigger kicker, with a strong, accurate leg, 53 games, 67 FGs, .817.  =+3.50

San Francisco 49ers: B

S: (great) Jimmie Ward lacks size, but doesn't play like it, close cover, tackles low and hard, could wrap up better, can rush passer, could play CB or slot corner, 54 games, 319 tackles.  UDFA L.J. McCray was a small college star, moves really well for a bigger DB, closes fast, dominated lower level talent, must learn at the pro level.  Reaser is another long-term project choices with more knee surgeries ahead and hopes of healing, re-hab and bounceback in the next couple years.

C: (good) Marcus Martin was considered the top center early on, but dropped a little after combine, played OG until senior year, hurt knee?  UDFA Dillon Farrell has packed on some needed weight, and now looks the part to go with solid skills.

OLB: (fair) Aaron Lynch is a tall, lean player who played almost exclusively DE, may not have the agility to move outside, long, angular guy, with some great moves, spin and duck under, very slight, but hard to block, still not that effective vs. run.  UDFA Breslin is a shorter, similar-sized guy who also played some DE, plagued by injuries, if he can bounce back he could be good.

WR: (good) Ellington is one of the best all-around football players in the draft.  Aside from being a little short, he could play WR, RB, DB, return man.  He understands the game and comes up big when needed.

DE: (poor) Ramsey played DT, but is too light for that in NFL, may have just enough speed to slide out.

Other: (CB) Dontae Johnson big, long, but plays small, stands around a lot, good cover, but doesn't like to mix it up.  Acker is not quick or overly athletic.  The use of a choice on him seems strange.  RB Hyde is big, powerful, explosive, and elusive.  He'll need work on consistency, picking up the blitz, and improving his ball skills. FB Trey Millard has an ACL rehab, very inexperienced, played some LB, a draft pick?  UDFA QB Faulkner has good size and surprising athleticism, has more of a nice touch than a rifle, but can make long and deep throws.  Given time to continue to develop with coaching.  OT Brandon Thomas has the most skill for a guy who may never get to use them, knee injury in April,?, good technique, has aggressive attitude, good initial contact, but doesn't keep pad level low enough to drive, may have to stay at OT, very strong, but could use some solid anchor beef, excellent hip shift, good hands inside. UDFA OT Fonoti is a tall, gritty,. hard worker, might end up at OG, his feet may not be nimble enough for OT, keeps working.  ILB Borland is an injury prone tackling machine who can play inside or out, but may need a year after a pin removal from his shoulder.  UDFA ILB Skov is a big, slow ILB who overcomes with anticipation, determination, and preparation. =+3.75

Seattle Seahawks: C

WR: (fair) Richardson was nowhere near a #1 on any other draft board.  He's fast, but very slight.  He is fearless, but lacks the body to go over the middle or make all the catches.  Seems more like a spot player.  Norwood has excellent size and acceleration, made some awesome circus catches, but has shown trouble getting separation in inertmediate routes.

OG: (fair) Garrett Scott was mostly an OT, but may be a better guard, fast feet, agility, and may be more mobile than a pro OT, a rare heart condition may keep him off the field.  UDFA Bronson Irwin is a solid, smart OG with pulling skills, a resilient motor, and desire, lacks the extras needed to excel in NFL.  UDFA John Martinez is not a great athlete, but has somes size, very strong, not a natural athlete, but a tough guy to beat especially when he latches, a former Pete Carroll recruit as well.

OT: (fair) Britt is big, tall and slow, rangy, angular, good base, not strong or a lot of power, but great base and length, needs to stay with blocks and slide feet better.  UDFA Gilliam is a plodder with a lot of versatility, works hard, does a lot with limited skills.

DT: (good) Staten is a taller inside guy, good pad level, attacks low and penetrates, decent pursuit, has some pass rush, played 49 games, missed very few plays in college career.  UDFA Demonte McAllister is not that big, but has inside drive and gap shooting ability.

OLB: (fair) Pierre-Louis lacks size, but has strength and speed, athletic, closes, knifes through, but often no outside contain and does not stuff blockers well, 44 games, 360 tackles.

Other: (DE) Marsh is not as big as advertised, good athlete, but slight, no impact, may have to play OLB, but may not have the speed or agility.  UDFA DE Jeffcoat thought he would be drafted, but his lack of size and lack another position hurt him.  May have to be an OLB, all over field, but can't play DE, must learn coverages and staying home.  S Pinkins has impressive measurables, but is quite inexperienced as he has yet to transfer his amazing size and speed to the field with consistency.  He may be a project who will pay off soon.  UDFA S Dion Bailey is average size, on the slower side, but a big play guy who can dominate games, may end up at SS, plays like a LB.  UDFA S Camren Hudson  closes well, reads and fills, decent cover, very strong, plays much bigger.  FB Kiero Small is short, but packs a 240 lbs punch.  Perfect under the chin height for a lead blocking fullback.  UDFA QB Keith Price is not big or fast nor does he have a strong arm, but he has a lot of experience overcoming adversity winning a lot of games in a difficult conference.  UDFA ILB Brock Coyle is a nasty, hard worker, but not all that smart, overruns plays, goes for causing fumbles, good deep drop cover guy, does not seem talented enough for next level, 293 tackles, 24.5 tfl.=+3.75

St. Louis Rams: C

WR: (poor) UDFA Austin Franklin is a smallish possession type, slot receiver with steady routes and hands, can run after catch.  UDFA Jamaine Sherman is slight, but can really go up and deep, good hands, will be making a big jump in competition.

OG: (fail) UDFA OT Abasi Salimu is quick and not heavy enough for OT, may be a versatile enough guy to help out at OG.

OT: (good) Robinson is big, broad and strong, very fast, athletic, drive blocker, sometimes too fine, could improve pad level.  Van Dyk is tall and agile track and field star who is more nimble than strong and played at a lower level.

CB: (fair) Joyner was taken way too early, short, small and very stiff hips, played a lot of SS and slot corner, good tackler, instinctive play sniffer, small, not a classic corner, may be best in slot or FS.  E.J. Gaines is a similar guy, a little bigger, a little faster , stays on man, tackles well, plays bigger, not a press specialist, but is very good at reading play, good assignment player, not overly physical, but let's game come to him, hard to beat.  UDFA Roberson was high on some boards early, bad knees and ankle, dropped quickly on a lot of boards.

S: (poor) Maurice Alexander moves well for a bigger DB, former OLB, suspended junior year for assault, aggressive, long, gets hands on ball. Still plays like and OLB, but improved quickly the more he played.  Must remain a good citizen off the field.  Bryant is an opposite type, small, quick cover guy who will hit but patrols centerfield well, played a lot of slot corner, injury prone, very bad ankle kept him out of 2013.

Other: (QB) Gilbert is a bigger guy, a better athlete than his appearance, has a good arm, but lacks accuracy and decision-making.  Might develop.  DT Aaron Donald slid around some draft boards, but only lacks imposing size, perhaps the best big man in the draft, speed, strength, technique, limited only by his own desire at times, but can come up big. RB Tre Mason was the best all-around back in the draft, but word is he'll need additional surgery on his wrist and will miss half or all the season.  UDFA RB Watts is not big or fast, but follows his blockers well, hits the hole hard, and is stronger than his size would suggest, good pass catcher, might be a good 3rd down option.  UDFA TE Bayer is big, good blocker with great hands, needs work on routes and separation, but he is also clutch. C Rhaney is a short, but big, very athletic former OG who excelled at center.  UDFA OLB Johnny Millard is not big, but fast, solid tackler, very good flat cover man.  UDFA ILB Tarvarius Wilson was 2013 AP LITTLE and AFCA Div II ALL-AMERICAN FIRST TEAM, GULF SOUTH DEFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE YEAR, is athletic enough to play OLB, covers particularly well, consummate tackler.  UDFA DE Westbrooks 26.5 sacks in 29 games, needs some muscle, angular, wirey guy plenty of room for size, plays upright, can be cut, hustles, pursues well.=+5.00

Buffalo Bills: D-

OT: (good) Kouandjio is quite tall, but very slow and weak.  His finesse and lack of pad level will doom his success. Seantral Henderson was really liked by some scouts and but dismissed by many others.  Either way, he is a steal in the 7th, also very tall, but decent pad level, with some speed, excellent body position, understands angles, great body control, works and keeps working, moves really well for a big man, has technique, hands inside, splits body of defender,  sometimes drops his head, throws his body, not powerful if he doesn't get pads under, failed drug test may drop him.

S: (fair) UDFA Ladler is a big, sold guy, stiff hips, not fast, but powerful legs, needs to improve assignment football, perhaps moved to SS.  UDFA Broomfield is about the same size, a little faster, more consistent tackler, but less flashy.

OG: (poor) Cyril Richardson is very big around, not that athetic or strong, decent feet, short stepper with aggression, speed and agility opponent's give him trouble, played a lot of OT, could have trouble at next level.

OLB: (fair) Randall Johnson's pro day got the attention of a lot of scouts, but his actual play is more in line with his draft status.  UDFA Kitchens is not big, but athletic, worked his way into the lineup and improved all year, could be a find if he keeps getting better. UDFA Bryan Johnson is a big OLB who can really rush the passer, but struggles in the flats.

DE: (fail) ???

Other: (WR) Watkins was one of about five true game changers available in this draft.  He can do it all.  ILB Preston Brown has great size, 52 games, 301 tackles, not smart, takes poor angles, closes well despite general lack of speed, lazy on plays away, does not seem to have a high gear, easily blocked, gives ground.  CB Cockrell lacks much size or strength, awkward, lacks flexibility, a decent, but marginally good player, the 4th round? =+1.25

Miami Dolphins: A-

OT: (great) Ja'Wuan James is a large, tremendously gifted player who is still getting better, really good, excellent feet, football IQ, shields well, could be stronger, more muscular, but is young, attacks well, looks for work, smooth.  Billy Turner is a big overachiever, may not be as naturally gifted, but quick off snap, slender frame hurts leverage and power, reaches, keeps feet moving, can find the right block, understands angles, must fix drops shoulder on attack.  UDFA Gaston Gabriel is a huge pass blocking specialist who isn't that athletic, but can get to some nice second-level blocks. UDFA Finkenberg is not thick, but tall and agile enough to start 44 games at LT.

TE: (good) Arthur Lynch is a big, agile receiver who dropped because of some unfortunate misconceptions about his intent, great feet, a lot of effort on blocking, but way too high, physically imposing, uses body well, catches in crowd.  TE/FB Gator Hoskins is more of an H-back athlete who was used for almost everything.

OG: (fail) ???? UDFA Davonte Wallace played 50 games at OL, mostly OT, but did play some OG.

ILB: (fair) UDFA Andrew Wilson is big and fast with a nose for the ball, 52 games, 333 tackles.

OLB: (great) Tripp could be a find, good size, smart, low center, great pad level and movement, hitter, but sometimes a step late.  UDFA Marcus Thompson is even bigger and a little faster, not quite as football smart, but a lot of talent and potential.  UDFA Tariq Edwards is a solid, every down player who does a lot well, but nothing spectacularly except for effort and desire.  UDFA Derrell Johnson played a stand up end, mostly a pass rusher, may not versatile enough to play OLB, but he has good size and skills.

Other: (DT) UDFA Anthony Johnson is slow, stiff, weak, can penetrate often without avail, plays high, does not use pad level or good hand technique, has effort and energy, may have potential.  WR Landry fell quickly when it was learned he had no speed, still he has great hands, moves, and can be a chain mover.  WR Hazel was a small college star, slender, not powerful, quick feet, good body angle blocking, but not much follow through, dominated games, but concerns about competition level.  Very talented.  Finding a spot in pros might be tough.  DE Fede is the first player from Marist ever drafted.  Has decent size and strength, 30.5 career sacks, long arms, excellent pad level.  UDFA QB Brock Jensen is big, strong, won three championships, and a record 47 games as a starter.  He also tested well at his pro day.  UDFA C Tyler Larsen was considered one of the top centers going into 2013.  He dropped some by the draft, but not a great athlete, very strong, three-time first-team all-conference selection, 51 games, accelerates straight ahead, can cut, occasionally off balance and thrown, picks up blitz well, smart experienced player who has shotgun and under center snap, brother is a DT with Ravens.  CB Aikens is middle-sized guy, versatile, played all DBs, willing tackler, but must wrap, overall athlete, not great at any one thing, lower level competition.  UDFA Belue is small, had injury and academic problems, and never quite developed.  UDFA K Fera didn't play a lot of games, but was very effective in the ones he did play, 19 games, 22 FGs, .846.=+5.00

New England Patriots: B-

OG: (fair) Halapio is a big lumbering guy, can dominate smaller opponents, might be a good pro, space eater, not much pulling.

RB: (fair) James White is not big, but he is fast and can catch and run well, may be a perfect role player for the Pats.

DT: (good) Easley is not a real big or heavy DT, but is solid, numerous knee problems including two ACLs, very quick and explosive off snap, excellent pad level and drive, gets into offensive backfield on nearly every play, disruptive, the knee is a concern, but he has experience rehabbing well.  UDFA Epenesea is squat, hefty, but agile, just the sort the Pats like at NT.  UDFA Buntyn is even more so and lost a year of eligibility.  He is a Wilfork type.

TE: (poor) UDFA Justin Jones is a power forward sized guy with decent hands, but does not block as good as a guy this big should be able to.  UDFA Asa Watson is more of an H-back/FB, but might fit the Pats mold.

C: (fair) Stork is a talented, big, strong center, but coming off knee and shoulder injuries, Rimington Trophy winner.

Other: (OT) Camron Fleming is big, slow, dumpy, lets defender into his body, has difficulty with speed, uses his size well, but plays high, a lot of grabbing, pounding, pushing, leaves feet downfield, works to second level, smart, has some potential, possible at OG.  QB Garoppolo is good-sized, 1,047 comp, 13,156, 118TD, awesome touch, throws to open spots instead of to covered receivers, his throws find a way to get receivers open, about the only throw he doesn't make well is on the run. WR Gallon is a very small return man who might get work in an indoor or flag league.  CB-S Jemea Thomas closes really well, slips blockers, hits hard, could wrap up better, may get burned deep, but can bait QBs into bad throws, might end up at CB.  UDFA S Shamiel Gary is big, and overly aggressive, but he can make things happen.  UDFA S Deering is a big, fast, talented athlete who may have found a home at safety, former WR, RB, return man as well.  UDFA CB Travis Hawkins is a return specialist who may not be quite big enough to play every down CB.  UDFA ILB James Morris closes well, tackles like a vacuum, 50 games, 400 tackles.  UDFA OLB McCuller 52 games, 433 tackles, active, excellent cover, good tackle form, tackles outside in, runs play down, sideline to sideline, could maybe play OLB as well.  DE Zach Moore was a flyer pick in the sixth on a tall, rangy pass rusher from a very small college, 32 sacks in only 39 games, very athletic, needs technique work.  UDFA LS Tyler Ott was in the top 3 for LS on almost every board. =+4.50

New York Jets: C+

OG: (poor) Dozier is slow, weak, not agile, Associated Press FCS First Team All-American selection in 2013 and a unanimous three-time all-league selection in his career, played all over line, mostly OT, big step up to NFL.

OT: (fair) UDFA Qvale is big and agile, was a 4-year starter and versatile, playing both tackles and some guard.  Very quick feet, smart player.  UDFA Tevon Conrad is enormous, but lacks much finesse or technique, played at a very small school and wasn't that dominant there.

TE: (good) Amaro was one of the best available, tall, long, a bit overrated, a lot of talent, could block better.  UDFA Terrence Miller is more like a very big WR, but he can block, and runs very well after the catch.

S: (fair) Pryor split the scouts, but most agreed he'd go high and need time to refine his game, has tools, leads with head too much, overrated cover guy, decent speed, but overvalues his talent.

CB: (fair) McDougle was taken way too early.  Not big or particularly agile, shoulder injury, excellent cover guy and tackler before his injury, a team leader, must bounce back, very fast.  Dixon is a similar but bigger back without the injury problems, fast aggressive, battles for every ball.

Other: (WR) Shaq Evans is a good-sized receiver with very good speed, runs hard on every play, solid cuts, good hands, blocks well or makes an effort, not the most athletic guy, but could be a good 2nd or 3rd,  WR Jalen Saunders is more of a return specialist, 3 TDs on punt returns in 2013.  WR Enunwa is a big, imposing receiver who can run after the catch, Feb. 2014 hammy, fights the ball, does not look the ball in, not much route, but is a big target who finds open areas.  QB Tajh Boyd is a playmaker with his feet and his arm, may not be the prettiest, but a very smart, athletic football player who has touch and a get it down style, 11,904 yards, 107 TDs.  UDFA FB Chad Young is not tall, but is a tremendous lead blocker and an excellent pass receiver.  ILB Jeremiah George is short, not that fast or athletic, lacks agility, has trouble taking on blockers.  UDFA ILB Steele Devitto is a big, rugged tackler, 48 games, 296 tackles, could cover better.  OLB Trevor Reilly is a tall, long athlete, played some DE, rangy, leaves his feet too often, needs to settle into a spot and improve, jan 2014 knee, surgery may slow him down.  DE Enemkpali is a tough, firey comepetitor, but is too small for DE and too slow for OLB.  His selection is a mystery. UDFA DE Anthony Grady has the size and pass rush ability, but must prove he can move up several levels to NFL.  UDFA DT Hyder is not big or strong, but is very agile, plays low, good speed, has power, could surprise. =+4.00

Houston Texans: B

QB: (poor) Savage will struggle.  He is a big, strong QB, but not very good, not bad serviceable, but will not raise a team.

DT: (good) Nix was considered the best at the position by the Aaron Donald haters. Not a great athlete, weak upper body for a big guy, concern about knee, but does make some big plays, has determination to a point.  UDFA Warmsley is short, but solid, quick, strong and has a motor.  UDFA Austin Brown is a very similar player with a little more speed, has a back issue concern.

OLB: (fair) Some people may see Bullough playing here, not a great athlete, in on a lot of tackles, not always first, not a sideline to sideline guy, must keep his head up, some issues with discipline, 53 games, 299 tackles.  UDFA Terrance Lloyd has good size, a lot of swagger, and some skills to back it up, former DE who converted well to OLB, continues o improve.

DE: (great) Clowney could be amazing or ?  Pagan has some height and range, not sure he needed to be drafted.  UDFA Sullivan Grosz is a solid 295 and could possibly remain at DT, but he seems to active and not quite big enough.  He was a one man wrecking crew at his level.  2013 ASSOCIATED PRESS FCS FIRST TEAM ALL-AMERICAN.

OG: (fair) Su'a-Filo is a former Mormon missionary coming out early, very quick pulling and to second level, turns hips well, plays high especially when drive blocking, also played some LT.  UDFA OG Boffeli is a decent puller, gets guys turned, good solid o-lineman could use a few pounds.

Other: (OT) UDFA Feiler has the size and strength, but lacks flexibility and technique to move up.  UDFA Witzmann is over 6-7 and moves well, has decent pad level for drive blocking, must work on his feet in pass pro.  RB Blue must prove he can be an every down back.  He shows flashes.  FB Prosch was the consensus choice as best pure FB in the draft, great blocker, excellent body position, always looks for the next guy, good pad level.  TE Fiedorowicz is big, strong with good speed, really great feet, good hops, long lanky, lacks fundamentals, but decent hands.  CB-S Andre Hal is a smallish back, has some skills, but his lack of size and mass are a liability.  S Lonnie Ballentine is a LB size safety whose on field play did not match his pro day, but a 4 year starter this big and fast guy is worth another look.  UDFA S Nick Addison is not fast, but has some height, some instincts, a very active guy, in on a lot of plays.  UDFA K Boswell is still considered by many to be the best placekicker available in the draft. =+4.00

S: (fair) UDFA Dewey McDonald is a diamond in the rough. Built like a bigger Bob Sanders, he has even more speed, hits like a linebacker and could do clinics on form, tackles outside in and wraps, driving feet through every tackle. He gambles a little too much in coverage, but has the speed to fix most mistakes.

OLB: (good) Newsome will have to adjust to playing upright all the time, has the size and speed, but may not have the agility or cover skills.  UDFA Anthony Brown is big, but not wildly athletic, can have big games, but is often content to roll play.  ILB Andrew Jackson is nearly as big, and a lot more athletic, but he is a run stuffer inside, plays high, does not cover enough ground, but with more technique and knowledge, he may; decent cover, 37 games, 326 tackles.

CB: (poor) UDFA Loucheiz Purifoy was a top 10 prospect until a serious drug investigation came to light.  UDFA Keon Lyn must come back from a knee cap injury.  UDFA Qua Cox is fast and active, but undersized.

OT: (good) Mewhort is a lunch pail sort of guy, tall, but excellent pad level for a tall man, not powerful, but won't get jacked around, good pass block, could drive better, improving, needs more solid girth.  Ulrick was near the top of a lot of lists, but dropped nearly off most.  Lacks a lot, will need to be coached and developed.  UDFA Eric Pike - 2013 AP, AFCA and WALTER CAMP FCS FIRST TEAM ALL-AMERICAN, strong, quick, decent size, 49 games.

DT: (poor) UDFA Kerr, a transfer from Maryland, dominates smaller players, but struggles against similar sized opponents, lazy, stays home lack of pursuit, likes the easy play, not overly athletic.  UDFA Tyler Hoover is a very tall, long, inside player who could use some bulk, but can be effective with his surprising agility.

Other: (OG) UDFA Josh Walker is a big mover, dominates lesser competition, moves second level well often whiffs, good not great pad level, will have to improve, needs more fire.  UDFA Schultz is a road grader type, good size, decent pad level, drives well, needs to pass block better.  WR Moncrief is big and uses body well, big, fast, looks the part, doesn't show up much, can catch ball at full speed, doesn't always use hands, big enough to block better     .  UDFA WR Eric Thomas is a big, stocky, tough receiver who can also go deep, does everything pretty well, could be a keeper.  UDFA WR Greg Moore is tall, but solid, good speed, goes up well, catches with hands, very smooth.  UDFA QB Lobato is big, but really athletic, has good footwork, quick release, sometimes overthrows and throws behind, needs to let game come to him, make plays. UDFA RB Tipton has good size, compact churner, not a lot of speed, but good burst, better inside the 20 with 34 TDs.  UDFA C Harrison is powerful, good strength, played some OG and OT, has a temper. =+4.25

Jacksonville Jaguars: B+

QB: (good) Bortles has small hands, moves well, agile, throws well on the run, which could be a good thing in Jax,  falls away while throwing under pressure, stares down primary, not much a general, does have a nice touch if not all that accurate, sloppy pocket thrower.  UDFA Morris is an unsung fine athlete, who also manages the game, but can also win games with his elusiveness.

WR: (great) Marqise Lee is not very bog or all that speedy, remind a lot of Jerry Rice, 248 rec, 29 TDs, very steady, consistent player, not big, but big presence, will need a good QB.  Allen Robinson is big, but also very  fast, looks the part, doesn't show up much, can catch ball at full speed, doesn't always use hands, big enough to block better.  UDFA Hurns will have an uphill battle making this club in front of these two, but might find a place elsewhere.  UDFA Wimberly is a big target who lacks speed, but probably can't move inside, was incredibly productive, 52 games, 261 receptions, 3,049 yards, 18 TDs.

CB: (fair) Colvin injured knee at Senior Bowl, slight, small, taken way too early.  UDFA Rashaad Reynolds is not big or all that fast, but has excellent contain, very smart, disciplined, opportunistic, around the ball, good cover, gets between receiver and qb.

OG: (good) Linder is strong, good feet, hustles, good pad level and contact, but will not overpower, played some OT, pulls well, turns after contact, was offensive MVP for the team.  UDFA Tyler Shatley is not big or overly athletic , but he is strong, and experienced.  UDFA Josh Wells is more of an OT, big, quick, not fast, has power, if not a lot of strength.

C: (poor) Bowanko is 6-5 plus and not the usual center body type, if he had the feet he might play OT.

Other: (RB) Storm Johnson has good size and decent speed, runs high, has a good move or two almost full speed, not much power, not great speed or acceleration, might be a spot back.  UDFA RB Terrance Cobb is a small college phenom who may be able to advance to next level, 53 career TDs, great balance, strength, and speed, excellent burst through contact.  UDFA FB-TE Reggie Jordan is big and fast, very agile.  UDFA S Loston was considered by many as the 2nd best SS in the draft, a real coup getting him as a UDFA, a bit over agressive, overplays, gambles too much, could be good if he controls himself some, must stop dropping head on hits.  OLB Telvin Smith might end up at SS,, athletic, nose for the ball, will need more heft for OLB.  OLB Chris Smith is very big for the position, some scouts see him at OLB, lacks size and mass to play every down down.   UDFA DT DeAndre Coleman hurt his knee in February, but if he heals could be a steal. He was unstoppable at the Senior Bowl.  UDFA K Budzien is a small guy, but accurate inside 50, 39 games, 48 FGs, .873.=+4.00

Tennessee Titans: D+

RB: (great) Sankey is a joy to watch.  37 TDs, 3,496, runs a little high, slips tackles, does not run through, has good burst through line, not a lot of elusiveness, but can make first guy miss, a lot of no gains, good when he gets going north-south, can wear a defense down.  UDFA Antonia Andrews is another guy who gets better in the 4th quarter, a little bigger than Sankey, but runs smaller, workhorse, gets better the more he has the ball, 29 TDs, 3,674.

DE: (poor) UDFA Gayle is not quite big enough for DE, but very athletic, plays small, goes around, tries to cut corner too often, 51 games, 22.0 sacks, may end up a pass rush specialist.

CB: (fair) Huff is very fast and versatile, had a great Senior Bowl, also has played both safeties and some CB.  UDFA Winston Wright is short, but decent speed and quickness, good all-around skills.

ILB: (fair) Avery Williamson has excellent size, good speed, very athletic for size, scrapes too deep, good cover, may have some chance at OLB, closes quickly, attacks, needs better pad level meeting blockers, needs to keep feet moving while tackling, but does get through craftily to the stops, does not give up on plays, 48 games, 297 tackles.

OLB: (fail)????

Other: (OT) Lewan is a big, scrappy fellow, very tall, locks up too much, plays on his heals, drops his head, good base, tough to beat, but can be shoved around, but is a gamer to the end.  Mettenberger is quite big, with a strong arm, but injury prone, and inconsistent.  UDFA WR Josh Stewart is small, lacks agility and speed, but is quick and shifty, catches the ball well, soft hands, fluid and football smart on field, size is an issue.  UDFA WR Eric Ward is average height and speed, steady, if unspectacular workhorse pass catcher, 49 games, 255 receptions, 31 TDs  UDFA OG Justin McCray is big and strong, not much else, does not move all that well, but is tough to beat, can shield fairly well on runs.  UDFA C Ikard is big and agile, but not that quick, excellent feet, not strong, 52 games including some at OG, (came in as TE) academic and Camp All-American.  UDFA SS Hakeem Smith is a solid back who can play either safety, but his lack of speed suggests his best chance is at SS.  DT DaQuan Jones is a very good inside presence, tends to play high and chase a bit, but remains active and involved in play. =+2.75

Baltimore Ravens: B

OT: (poor) UDFA Hurst is slow, slight, and badly injured.  UDFA Van Sloten is not all that big or athletic, but was a team leader and a reliable player.

CB: (fair) UDFA Olatoye has good size and excellent speed, has ball skills and a good sense of defense.  UDFA Seamster has good size and exceptional speed, but is only adequate at the position.  UDFA Joe Rankin is on the small side, but has a lot of tools and experience, closes quickly, excellent cover keeping receivers in front and cutting in front for the ball, 13 career interceptions.

S: (good) Terrence Brooks is a stocky FS with very good speed, but stiff hips, good ball hawk, uses his body well, closes on tackles well, understands outside contain, must keep head up, not always sound, has lapses.  UDFA Moody is big, quick, but not always smart, 2013 SIAC DEFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE YEAR.

ILB: (good) Mosley was the best ILB in the draft by a margin, 51 games, 319 tackles, small for inside, lacks overall strength, very active, in on a lot of tackles, takes on, but has some trouble with lead blockers, must slip them.  UDFA Zach Orr is bigger, but less polished, 46 games, 364 tackles, good technique, very quick, knifes past, but does not engage blockers well, opportunistic, good angles.  UDFA Xavius Boyd is not big or crushing, but he is tough to block, and fills very well, and excellent cover and pass rusher, may be able to shift to OLB.

DE: (good) Jernigan is perfect for DE in the 3-4, big, quick, lateral, eyes in backfield.   Brent Urban is a similar type only much taller, longer, can snare backs going through, can rush the passer.

Other: (QB) Wenning is an excellent 6th round pick, a smooth, athletic, game manager with a decent arm, very athletic as well as a good passer, 49 games, 1035 comp, 11,402, 92 TDs.  RB Taliaferro is a big, agile back with better than average speed, can also catch the ball well, waited for his chance, scored 23 TDs senior year, very natural cuts, changes gaits fluidly, can do it all.  WR Campanaro is a Welker-type good possession guy, battles injuries, shoulder, 229 receptions.  TE Crockett Gilmore is quite tall, not fast, slender frame, much like a wideout, tries to be physical, but is not, good hands, but eyes wander, good, not great athlete.   OG Urschel is not big, but very quick and agile, strong, calculus teacher, master's degree, overachiever with knock knees and thin frame, but a lot of drive.  UDFA OLB Bullitt is a very big SS type, played with a broken hand, very quick, reactions, tackles, hits, can cover.  UDFA DT Hopkins is a bowling ball, difficult to block, hard to re-direct, does not cover a lot of ground, but makes plays inside the tackles, not only does he not miss games, he rarely misses downs in every game.  UDFA P Leone is a big, angular punter, 51 games, 219 punts 43.1, close to half his punts out inside 20. =+4.00

Cincinnati Bengals: C-

OG: (fair) UDFA Trey Hopkins isn't big, but played 50 games at OG and OT, good strength, does not move all that well, smart, plays quick for a big man, too high, but jams well, and even with heavy feet gets guys turned.  UDFA Dan France is a decent athlete, tall, could use some bulk, outworks opponents, must use better technique

C: (good) Bodine was considered way too athletic to not be used at OG, but is a great center as well.

OT: (fail)????

CB: (great) Dennard is medium-sized, but a little stiff in the hips, but has speed and can go up for the ball, gambles a lot and pays for it, also tackles inside out and not always wrapping up, but is willing to hit, goes up, meets the ball and defends, reacts quickly to ball in the air. Westbrooks is a little smaller, but a similar player without the blazing speed, had a very good Senior Bowl showing.

FB: (fair) UDFA Hewitt is H-back, TE type.  UDFA Whitlock is a DT who is too short and athletic to play there so looking to use his athletic ability.

Other: (DE) Clarke is tall and long, not hefty, not smooth, heavy footed unless wins snap guess, good speed to QB once he turns the corner, but not much at attack, decent run stuffer, not explosive. QB McCarron is a good, if not great, talent, can learn behind Dalton.  RB Hill can be explosive, has size and tools, has a very good burst for a guy 233, but has yet to show he can be an all-game back.  WR James Wright -- never emerged, the Bengals are going to train him?  UDFA WR Neutz is a big, physical receiver 44 games, 195 rec, 31 TDs.  UDFA S Isaiah Lewis is a stocky guy with decent speed, stiff hips, but closes well, impact guy, key tackles, big plays, sometimes beaten deep, but is a savvy cover guy, reads QB eyes well, good zone cover, a lot he does goes unnoticed, not the most athletic guy, but has skills.  OLB-S Flowers is fast, strong, very big, so agile, he might end up a big SS.  UDFA OLB James Davidson is a pass ruah specialist, who might transfer speed and agility to OLB.  =+2.00

Cleveland Browns: B

QB: (good) Manziel is not as small as everybody thought.  He is clearly not the most complete QB, but has a lot of creativity and understands moving the ball down the field.  UDFA Connor Shaw is a little bigger, a little more of a pocket passer, but has a lot of the same qualities. If he can stay healthy, he could end up being as valuable as Kirk Cousins in Washington.

WR: (great) UDFA Chandler Jones was a very productive small guy, fast and prolific, 50 games, 248 rec, 29 TDs. Made Fales look good, big play guy.  UDFA Snead is not a great athlete, set single-season receiving records for 2013, 26 TDs.  UDFA Taylor Gabriel is even smaller, but has amazing moves, hands, kick returner, 215 catches 3,027 yards, 27 TDs, 31 TDs total.  UDFA WR-KR Krause is a really good receiver, if he had more size, he could be "go-to" guy, outstanding return man.

RB: (fair) West was a star and a workhorse, freelances a little too much, doesn't always follow blockers, has speed, but runs a step slow, he gets it going upfield, not that smart, 4859 yards, 84 TDs.  UDFA Crowell is a similar sized, low, compact runner, dismissed by Georgia in 2012, concerns about being fragile, also character, is a natural athlete who needs a lot of work on technical stuff.

CB: (good) Browns took Gilbert with an odd trade-up one spot, not sure he was worth it.  Good-sized, fast, and strong, plays big, tough to beat deep and he has the speed to correct his misreads, not a great run reactor, not a complete package, but a shutdown cover, needs to be more physical.  Desir is a stellar athlete from a small program, been a father since he was 16, affected his choices, former wideout, plays big, tracks ball well, goes up, closes well, needs to tackle better, needs to learn contain, 13 interceptions.  UDFA K'Wuan Williams is a shorter back without the elite speed, but is competent in all areas, may not excel enough to compete for a roster spot.

C: (poor) Bitonio is a good athlete, solid all around, versatile abilities, was primarily an OT, might be an OG, played some center.

Other: (S) UDFA Jacques Washington is an LB sized guy who needs to cover better, 47 games, 311 tackles.  UDFA S Nickoe Whitley is a solid athlete, not really fast, but a true ballhawk, 46 games, 15 interceptions, trying to come back from knee surgery.  UDFA OT Dima is tall, but light, excellent overall athlete, if not all that fast, excellent pass blocker, will need more bulk to be effective.   UDFA OT Philipp played 48 games at LT, has no standout qualities, except showing up, doing his job, not fast or that big, not strong, keeps going.  OLB Kirksey has some size and speed, looks small, but is around the ball a lot, picks and fumble recoveries, 49 games, 315 tackles.  UDFA ILB Greg Blair is big with good anticipation, good cover man, does not possess a lot of speed, takes bad angles.  UDFA   doesn't cover much ground, but stuff his gap and penetrates, light feet, but gets in trouble when he looks around too much. =+3.25

Pittsburgh Steelers: C-

DE: (good) Tuitt will be very good if his foot heals, fractured outside left foot (surgery?), may be too tall, too slow for DE, can get low and drive, quick off, engages well with extended arms and helmet crown, reads keys, pures really well, takes good angles, crafty rusher, but also has a bull rush.  UDFA Mauro is tall and lean, a little slow, average athlete, long, played some DT, plays high naturally, tough competitor, hard to move, but lets hands get on him.

DT: (poor) McCullers is a mountain, but moves like one and only when he feels it, needs a lot of coaching, may be too slow, stands straight up, gets blocked.  UDFA Mike Franklin is low and penetrates, has some speed and agility.

WR: (fair) Archer is too small.  Martavis Bryant is a big target, does a lot of things well, has very good speed and can leap, will catch in a crowd.

OT: (fair) Wesley Johnson is a decent athlete, could use some solid bulk, a bit tall, played some OT, but is a very good center.

OG: (poor) UDFA Will Simmons is behemoth, fits into Steeler preference for wide bodies, may not be quick enough, but he is big, with good hands.

Other: (S) UDFA DeMedal has good size, speed, and ball skills, good tackler, but also a decent cover guy.  CB Richardson is a mess, not physical, not athletic, not a good tackler, not big, but is fast, but doesn't play fast.  TE Branchflower has a lot of upside, size, hands, but coming off sports hernia injury, injury plagued.  UDFA TE Waters is like a big WR, H-back type.  UDFA C Elkins is not big, but very quick and athletic, fast, smart, always working.  OLB Zumwalt is a tall, fast, solid, impact type player, must learn some discipline, and assignment football.  UDFA OLB Howard Jones is a phenomenal specimen, but lacks technique, overpursues, his abilities do not produce consistent expected results, is a pass rush guy with 34 career sacks.  OLB-ILB Shazier is destined to be a bust, not big enough for ILB or skilled enough to play OLB, has great measurables, 39 games, 316 tackles, played a lot inside, but does not attack blockers, in on a lot of tackles he didn't make, motivation and attitude appear to be concerns, does not break down or stay square, poor tackling technique, can run plays down. =+3.00

ILB: (fair) Barrow has good size and is very fast, fills in for a lot of mistakes by other guys.  Could be a real under the radar star

C: (poor) Paradis is not big or strong, not fast, but agile, never quite broke out, has ability and potential.

DE: (fail) UDFA Anunike is a former TE, has some height and decent size for a speedy pass rushing specialist, can play the run, but not going to move to OLB.

OT: (poor) Schofield is a very tall OT who works hard, but struggles with pad level, no idea on turning defenders, not great, a lot of work to get up to speed, good fit, but like a statue while run past.  A really odd draft choice.  UDFA Aslam Sterling is a wide body with little natural ability to recommend him, except for his versatility, playing OT and OG.

CB: (good) Roby fell about as far as he could.  He still must show he has lost his confidence and wants to continue playing.  At times, he is very fast and dominating, not always.  UDFA Jordan Sullen played CB and SS, a solid body, good tackler, can be a very good cover if not cheating.

Other: (WR) Latimer is a big target with a lot speed, but lacks routes and has suspect hands, a foot injury is a concern.  UDFA WR Fowler is an unsung player who has size, technique and speed, big, tough, clutch, runs hard after catch, will block.  UDFA WR Hardin is not tall and is too slight, but is an excellent route runner and chain mover, 216 receptions, 3,583 yards, 31 TDs for a three-time championship program.  UDFA Brennan Clay is a forward leaning runner who makes his move north and south.  Not real big, but strong legs.  OLB Corey Nelson is small, but fast, a torn pectoral dropped him off most boards, will need time rebuild size and strength.  UDFA OLB Shaquil Barrett is big, but also fast and closes really fast, very active, needs better coverage recognition.  UDFA DT Cobble is a short, but broad, hard to move, run stuffer, not much pursuit or pass rush.  UDFA P Steven Clark is a big punter with a big leg, will need to develop finesse for the pro game. =+3.25

DE: (fair) Ford is too small, might end playing OLB, but knee injuryUDFA Schwenke is big enough and fast enough to do it, but he played almost all DT.  UDFA Kenny Carter was primarily a DT, bit has the lean size to shift to DE, good agility.

OG: (good) Fulton is a big, not that fluid guy, awkward, but tenacious, not much finesse or standout skills, but solid. UDFA Latu is a very similar sort, but without the level of competition.  UDFA Stetson Burnett is huge, but more of a space eater, does have some qualities which transfer to NFL, size, strength, good in a small space.

WR: (poor) UDFA Surgent is not tiny, but not big, tremendous return man, but also a very good receiver, totally clutch.  UDFA Albert Wilson is short, but solid, very fast, excellent hands, also ran some out of the backfield, and returned kicks.  Not a lot of effort for things like blocking or hustling on away plays.

S: (fair) UDFA Sorenson is big and very fast, his measurables do not translate to the field, but is a very good athlete, not physical.  Needs time and more coaching.   UDFA Van Dyke is a top smaller college free safety, pulled down 7 career interceptions, could have had more, also a good tackler.

OT: (poor) Duvernay-Tardif is a big fellow from Canada who is a good athlete for his size, but the competition and his skills are hard to gauge.  UDFA Gottschalk has decent size, not much speed, but versatility, smart and savvy, OG-OT.

Other: (CB) Gaines very fast, closes quickly, comes up in a hurry, but tackles inside out, does not wrap, cuts legs instead, speed can't be coached, but you have to hope everything else can be, because this guy needs it.  QB Aaron Murray has some skills in running an offense, especially a pro style, is a good passer if a bit undersized, 13,166, 121 TDs. RB De'Anthony Thomas provides a replacement for Dexter McCluster.  Not much else.  UDFA Ben Johnson has good size, and tremendous closing speed, could cover better, but an excellent tackler, good blitzer. UDFA ILB Denmark is big, very fast, played all LB spots, faster than many safeties, might be a find.  UDFA K Cairo Santos is tiny, but was considered top 5 for kickers.  UDFA LS Marcus Heit was considered the best LS in the draft, a big athletic guy.  =+2.75

Oakland Raiders: B+

DT: (fair) Ellis is a big, stocky, beefy high motor guy who moves his bulk, bulls through, tackles well, can rush passer.  UDFA Farms is a very similar player, meaner, but with less physical skills.

CB: (fair) McGill is oversized, tall, rangy, should tackle better, does not understand contain, tackles inside out, beaten deep fairly easily, reactions are slow, lacks intuitive football instincts, doesn't get head around.  Travis Carrie is fast and strong, good sized, might end up at safety.

OG: (great) Gabe Jackson was the best pure OG in the draft, very big, strong, powerful, explosive, but not fast or nimble, stays with blocks, keeps feet moving, locks up well, not much hip shift, but can engulf, does not pull all that well, could end up at OT.  UDFA Kistler is another tower of a guy who will have to work hard to get leverage, but was 2013 AP, AFCA, and WALTER CAMP FCS FIRST TEAM ALL-AMERICAN.

DE: (good) The Raiders are apparently considering using Khalil Mack at DE.  He is talented enough to do it with a little more size, but he may be best at OLB.  Shelby Harris is not real big, but a whale of an athlete, dismissed from two programs, did not play in 2013.  Is there enough upside?  or is it crash and burn?  UDFA Autry is a long armed, high energy guy who can rush the QB and pursue, could engage better, and hold edge better.

TE: (fair) UDFA Jake Murphy has good size, decent speed, big play guy, clutch, good athlete, very good hands, broke his wrist, good blocker, but he lined up slot a lot.  UDFA Simonson is about the same size, but an even better athlete, must show he can make the most an opportunity.

Other: (QB) Derek Carr is an enigma, very poor technique, but continues to impress, throws off balance and back foot too much, but good arm strength, has some touch, preparation, forces throws too often, needs to learn check downs, misses wide-open receivers, 46 games, 1086 comp, 113 TDs, 12,842 yards.  UDFA FB Karl Williams is a very smooth FB, but can run the ball as TB as well.  UDFA WR Grigsby is a slight, but spectacular receiver, made Fales look good on occasion, 237 receptions, 3,121 yards, 17 TDs.  UDFA OT Ladson is a behemoth who engulfs  smaller opponents, not fast, but quick, could be stronger, most likely a RT.  UDFA C Hunchak is not big, but is very quick, agile, an excellent athlete for a center, has some strength, but could improve with size.  S Dowling is a tall, lanky guy with some speed, ball hawk, suckers QBs, deceptive, 9 career interceptions.  UDFA ILB Carlos Fields, Jr. is an impressive athlete at 238 lbs. runs, defends passes, very fast, great feet, leaves feet too often during tackles.=+4.00

San Diego Chargers:  B-

CB: (excellent) Verrett is not that big, but very fast, and tough, and strong, closes well on the ball, lacks size, but can leap, has nagging shoulder problems, still did 19 bench reps.  UDFA Chris Davis will long be remembered for his 109 yard return of a missed FG to beat Alabama, but he's also a fine athlete who can play some DB.  UDFA Ducre is about the same size as Verrett, but even faster.  He was under the radar until a couple all-star game performances and a 4.34 40 got some attention.  UDFA Nunley is shorter, but more solid, almost as fast, closes very fast, hitter, tackler, ALL-MAC FIRST TEAM three years in a row, 49 games, 13 interceptions.

DT: (fair) Carrethers is a stocky, beefy, run plugger, slow, but massive, moves well for size, plays low, holds gap, not a lot of lateral, but tough to block, strong but can be washed.  UDFA Palepoi is about the same height, but about half a man less weight, very active, effort, may be fast enough to play DE or he must gain some bulk.

S: (poor) UDFA Alden Darby played 50 games, but is not big or fast or very agile.  He'll need to show improvement to make the team.

OLB: (good) Attaochu has size and speed and a good motor, played mostly DE, very quick off snap, stand up end who was a pass rushing specialist, pays little attention to holding the edge, finds straightest route to QB, may be able to develop into an OLB, but a lot to learn, 49 games, 31.5 sacks.  UDFA Underwood played a lot of DE as well, but is a similar player who can make the position switch, is a stud at dominating his level of competition.

ILB: (fail) ????

Other: (OT) UDFA Sirles is tall, could carry more weight, forced by injuries to be versatile, he was a tough mainstay throughout.  RB Grice lean body, a little stiff, runs light, but has some power, not fast, follows blockers well, can block.  UDFA RB Brandon Oliver is a little churning fireplug, a Jones-Drew type, not that fast but quick, 4,049 yards, 33 TDs.  WR Reese is a good player, not great, an very slight, probably a spot player or return man.  UDFA WR Torrence Allen slight, fast, quick, might be too small to have any impact.  UDFA WR Chancellor is shorter, stockier guy with great leaping ability, cuts at full speed, can catch, also a good blocker.  OG Watt is not that big, slow, November knee injury, heavy feet, good body position, but can be bullrushed and beat with speed.  UDFA OG Craig Watts is a wide body with decent agility, was 2013 LONE STAR OFFENSIVE LINEMAN OF THE YEAR, not fast or that strong, will have to watch his soaring weight.  =+3.00
